Ford Focus MK2 RS Stage 1 Dyno Tuning
Final results: 363 BHP / 368 LBFT
– K&N intake upgrade
– Milltek turbo back exhaust system
This came in to us already remapped with complaints of unpredictable lower RPM power delivery. Road test and data logging confirmed what was going on to be all boost control related. Loaded onto our Dyno and checked out the previous calibration which was awful trying to achieve peak boost ASAP and intake temps of 78C! So fully restored back to stock and we got to work applying our stage 1 calibration dramatically dropping intake temps and resulting in fully controlled boost, limited torque and a strong and consistent 363 BHP 368 LBFT.
