Our stage 2 ECU custom remap calibration applies full removal of DPF EGR and swirl flap systems removing all restrictions and allowing maximum flow throughout the engine securing the maximum performance on the standard turbo.
Our stage 3 ECU custom remap calibration is a full custom bespoke calibration for the major hardware upgrades that are required to break the rules! A hybrid turbo upgrade allows us to take the performance to some serious power. This results in a fully controlled torque delivery, boost control peak and rail pressure whilst still using the stock fuel injectors and pump designed within the stage 3 engine hardware.
Our stage 4 ECU custom remap calibration is again a full custom bespoke calibration for the major hardware upgrades including big turbo upgrades for 400+ BHP! For an example, our BMW E91 330D LCI N57 is running a HTD3073BB turbo allowing huge power increase whilst still using the stock engine and fuel system! We will result in fully controlled torque delivery, boost control peak and rail pressure. We will also rework the gearbox flash custom setting via XHP Flash.
